Mrs. Lozada-Dietz has established a diverse educational and professional background. She completed her undergraduate studies and obtained her bachelor’s in social work at the Central University of Venezuela. Subsequently, she pursued a master’s degree in administration and project management from Northern Arizona University, and holds a certificate in Infant and Family Studies from the Harris Infant Mental Health Institute, specializing in Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and children’s Behavioral Health.

Her career commenced with roles at the Venezuelan's Children's Hospital and the Venezuelan National Telecommunications Agency before transitioning to the National Social Services Agency (equivalent to HHS). After relocating to the United States, she became involved in community health services, working with programs that provided support to NICU families, the immigrant community, foster care, and children with disabilities. She has been an active contributor to national and local workgroups, expert panels, and various initiatives led by organizations such as NACHC, NorCal HFMA, SHIFT, AHRQ, NCQA, and others.

Her most recent role was as the Director for the Health Center Controlled Network for Arizona and Nevada, where she supported 29 Health Centers encompassing more than 296 sites. She is also the co-founder of Shion Consulting, a company supporting Behavioral Health providers transitioning into private practice. With over 17 years of experience in the healthcare field, particularly in Public Health, Data Informatics, Strategic Project Management and Quality Improvement, Mrs. Lozada-Dietz is dedicated to facilitating the implementation process and enhancing the usability of data for practice transformation.
